Refund Policy

Both iotec Core and iotec GEX are one-time purchases with the same refund policy.

14-day money-back guarantee

If an iotec product does not work for you within 14 days of purchase, email us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case (significant unfixed bugs may qualify; "changed my mind" generally does not).

Process

1. Email [email protected] with the email used at purchase and your order number.
2. We acknowledge within 24-48 h.
3. Refund is processed via Gumroad (the payment processor). Money arrives back at your card in 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Your license is deactivated. Please uninstall the Software from your system.

What is NOT refundable

• Losses incurred while trading using iotec products. See the Risk Disclaimer.
• Custom development work (if separately contracted).
• Licenses terminated due to breach of Terms (e.g., key sharing, reverse-engineering).
